2014 Individual Award - Alison Rogers

After her GLF year, Alison Rogers started a filmmaking business, Living Stories, which captures stories that influence and increase understanding and empathy. Alison has been a committed volunteer for the Leaders Institute of SA since her graduation, providing pro bono public relations support and supervising a public relations student from UniSA in the Leaders Institute office, serving on the Alumni Committee, and producing a DVD of the GLF Program history. Alison has also produced the Leaders Institute promotional video and TV ads. Her most recent pro bono project is a film about a group of children from Alberton Primary School who are helping to save the endangered fish, the Southern Purple Spotted Gudgeon.
