Innovation Leaders Network Leadership Program

Expressions of interest for 2026 opening soon

Innovation Leaders Network (ILN) Leadership Program - is a South Australian government initiative to build leadership capability for high potential startups

Delivered by the Leaders Institute of SA in partnership with Adelaide University's Innovation & Collaboration Centre (ICC), the program supports ten high-potential founders each year to navigate the complexity and pressure of early-stage growth by strengthening leadership capability, resilience and connectedness of emerging startup founders.

The program blends a residential retreat, leadership workshops, learning labs, ecosytem engagement, tailored one-on-one leadership coaching, peer coaching and the option for mentoring through both the ICC's and Leaders Institute networks.

Participants of the program will come away with a greater sense of their leadership strengths, tools and frameworks to apply to their leadership and business, a better understanding of wellbeing practices to support themselves and their employees through the rigours of startup life, and greater understanding of leading and empowering others.

Who should apply?

We are looking for SA-based founders/co-founders or senior decision-makers of innovative, high-growth potential companies (less than 200 employees) and businesses with scalable models, market validation and global ambition.

Ideal applicants are founders experiencing rapid growth, rising leadership complexity, or culture-building challenges - and who are ready to invest in their development.
